Our guest team looks after everyone from the moment they book. We send visa steps and flight advice, and hold a block of rooms. For guests from abroad, the first person they meet in India is one of us, at the airport. Then there’s a welcome kit, a help desk at the venue and trips for anyone staying on.

A lot of how your guests feel about the wedding comes down to how easy it was to get there. So we treat each guest like a client. They get a travel page for your wedding and a WhatsApp number for questions, and someone is waiting for them at arrivals.

We can also plan the days either side of the wedding. That might be a night on a houseboat, a few days in tea country, the Taj Mahal or a beach, so the trip doubles as a holiday.

## What’s included

- **Visa and travel guidance:** e-Visa steps and flight advice for each guest, based on their country.
- **Room blocks:** We negotiate the rates, keep the rooming list and pass on special requests.
- **Arrivals and transfers:** Someone meets each guest at the airport, with a car or coach to the venue.
- **Help desk:** A desk at the venue, and a WhatsApp line guests can use from 6 am to 11 pm.
- **Trips and extensions:** Trips before or after the wedding for guests who want to stay longer.

## How it works

1. **Guest list.** Your guests fill in a short form with their travel details.
2. **Travel page.** Guests get one link with the dates, hotels, dress codes and visa steps.
3. **Arrivals.** We follow each flight and meet every guest when they land.

## Questions

### Do our guests need a visa to attend a wedding in India?

Most visitors do. Many nationalities can apply online for an Indian e-Visa. We send each guest the steps for their passport and remind them in plenty of time.

### Can you book flights for our guests?

We can advise on routes and group fares, and hold group bookings. Most guests prefer to book their own flights, with our advice.
