With full planning, one named planner looks after your whole wedding. That covers the venue and vendors, the budget, your guests’ travel, the rituals and timings, and the day itself. Our fee is 8–12% of the budget we manage, and there’s a minimum fee. You see what every vendor charges.

Most couples who plan with us live in another city or another country, often in a different time zone. With full planning, you make the decisions and we do the legwork. We shortlist venues and negotiate with them, book the vendors and manage the budget. We look after your guests, and we run each function on the day.

You’ll have the same planner the whole time. The plan is shared, so you can open it whenever you like, and questions go to a WhatsApp group where we usually reply within minutes.

## What’s included

- **Venue and vendors:** Shortlists with real prices, and visits by video or in person. We negotiate and sort out the contracts.
- **Budget you can see:** A live budget with every quote attached. If there’s a commission, it’s written in the budget.
- **Rituals and timings:** We find the priest or officiant, work out the muhurtham (the auspicious time) and write a minute-by-minute run sheet.
- **Guests:** We send the invitations, collect RSVPs, book rooms and meet guests at the airport. There’s a help desk at the venue too.
- **The days themselves:** A planner and crew are on site for every function. They’re there for the set-up and stay until the last guest has gone.

## How it works

1. **A first call.** Thirty minutes on video, at a time that suits you. We mostly listen. Afterwards we send you a shortlist and a budget range.
2. **A proposal.** We send venue options and a timeline, with a draft budget in your currency.
3. **Planning.** We talk once a month and send you updates on WhatsApp every week. The plan stays live, so you can check it any time.
4. **Wedding week.** We meet your guests at the airport and run every function.

## Questions

### How much does a wedding planner cost in India?

Most full-service planners charge a percentage of the wedding budget. Ours is 8–12% of the budget we manage, with a minimum of ₹3.5 lakh for a destination wedding. You see every vendor’s price in your budget.

### Can you plan our wedding if we live abroad?

Yes. Most of our couples live abroad. We plan with you over WhatsApp and on video calls at hours that suit you. Many couples visit once before the wedding, and some don’t come until the week itself.

### Do you take commissions from vendors?

If there’s a commission, you’ll see it in your budget. We’d rather earn our fee from you and negotiate the vendors down on your behalf.
