Destination wedding cost calculator for India
Change the number of guests, the nights, the style or the month, and every line of the budget updates. You can see it in rupees, dollars, pounds, euros or dirhams.
How it works
Choose a destination, your guest count, how many nights and functions, and the standard of hotel. The calculator prices rooms, food, venue, décor, photography, music, guest care and our fee from the same rate bands we plan with. A typical 150-guest, three-night Kerala wedding comes to about ₹42.4–92.8 lakh (about US$44,000–97,000).

Questions couples ask
How accurate is the wedding cost calculator?
It uses the rate bands we plan with, so it gives you a realistic range, though it isn’t a quote. A real quote is itemised from vendor prices for your dates, and it usually lands inside the range.
Does the estimate include flights and taxes?
No. Guests usually pay for their own flights, and GST is added to Indian invoices. Everything else is in it, including rooms, food, the venue, décor, photography, music, guest care and our fee.
What is the cheapest way to have a destination wedding in India?
Have fewer nights and functions, choose a boutique hotel over a 5-star resort, and pick a shoulder-season month, just before or after the peak. Guest numbers matter most, because rooms and food go up with every guest.
