Wedding guest list and RSVP tracker
In India you invite families, so a guest list has to count heads. This one counts people, rooms and plates, the way we do when we plan.
How it works
Add each family with how many people are in it, their side, the functions they’re invited to, whether they need a room and what they eat. Mark RSVPs as replies come in. The totals show people, rooms (two to a room), veg and non-veg plates, and heads per function. It saves in your browser and exports to CSV.

No guests yet
As you add families and friends, they’ll show here with their replies, rooms and food. If you import a CSV, it needs a “name” column.
Your list is saved only in this browser. Download the CSV to keep a copy, or to send it to us. For 0 guests, you can see what the wedding would cost in the cost calculator.

Questions couples ask
How many guests should we plan for at an Indian wedding?
Count families first, then people, then plates for each function. In our experience the ceremony and reception draw the most people, and the mehndi (henna) and sangeet (music night) are usually smaller. At a destination wedding most invited guests come, so plan rooms from the invited count and adjust as RSVPs come in.
Where is my guest list stored?
Only in your browser on this device. Nothing is sent to us unless you download the CSV and share it. If you clear your browser data, the list goes too, so export a copy.
Can I import a list from a spreadsheet?
Yes. Save it as a CSV with a “name” column. You can also include side, group, people, rsvp, needs_room, diet, functions, phone and note. A CSV exported from this tool imports back in the same way.
How do rooms get counted?
It counts two people to a room, and only for parties marked Coming that need a room. Change the number of people in a party to adjust it.
